My
family was coming home from the beach.We got on 95 and we got to the
part where the left lane was merging into the rest. We were in the next
lane to the right when i looked into my mirror seconds before a
Expedition slammed into my Durango. I went to Bates and Kelly Mayes came
out and wrote up the quote. I decided to let them do the repairs, alot
due to the good things I had heard about their service.Me and my wife
both agreed that the repairs were done quickly and professionally.

My husband and I were in the Outer Banks and I was driving his brand new Ford F350 Crew Cab truck. The truck has a very wide turning radius that I was not use to and I ran the bed of his truck into a big yellow concrete pole. I was so upset. How could I do this to my husbands’ brand new truck (3 months old)?
When we returned home, we immediately called Bates Body and Repair and explained the damage. We brought it in and they gave us an estimate and we asked them to handle the repairs. The repairs were done quickly and professionally.
When we picked up the vehicle it was just like NEW. I was soooo pleased. It’s now almost 4 years later than and you cannot tell that the vehicle was ever damaged. It still looks like NEW. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you to all the staff at Bates Body and Repair.
