Bates Body and Repair Inc. is a family owned collision repair facility located in Culpeper, Virginia. With over 40 years of auto collision repair experience, BB&R 's mission has always been to provide top quality auto collision repairs ,while maintaining the highest of standards in customer service and satisfaction.
We provide a complete line of auto collision repair services on all makes and models of vehicles, import and domestic. They include, but are not limited to full frame/unibody alignment, front end alignment,body panel repair and replacement, full and partial refinish, glass replacement, and light mechanical repairs. We also provide cosmetic to light structural repairs and paint work on medium and heavy duty vehicles.
Bates Body and Repair Inc. will work with all major insurance companies and is even a Direct Repair Facility (preferred facility) for those companies that share our mission beliefs.
In January 2009, BB&R moved into a brand new 31000 sf, state of the art collision repair facility located at 15388 Bradford Rd. in Culpeper, Va. This new facility is designed with customer service as priority one. From the covered estimating area and spacious lobby, to individual estimating offices for one on one attention, we strive to take the hassle out of having to deal with an accident.
